Aurora Aksnes, born June 15 1996 in Stavanger and professionally referred to as Aurora or, sometimes, stylized as AURORA is a Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th of 2015 receiving rave reviews from journalists and the press. She started playing piano when she was just 6 years old and started writing songs before she reached nine. It wasn't known to her family about this until she was 14. Aurora isn't something she imagined as a child. The singer claims that she is a fan of creating songs. Music is for her one of the most efficient ways to convey anything.
